[edit] Speedy deletion of Yvette Rachelle Movie Star, Supermodel & Superstar!!

A tag has been placed on Yvette Rachelle Movie Star, Supermodel & Superstar!!, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Rnb (talk) 00:56, 10 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Jeans3.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Jeans3.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 16:18, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:LgBoote.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:LgBoote.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sdrtirs (talk) 10:40, 26 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Yvette Rachelle

Wikipedia is different from MySpace in that it is suppose to be an online encyclopedia- a collection of facts. There should be no opinions and flowery compliments. All information should be verifiable. For example, her birth year on IMDB clearly says 1979. This is verifiable from a third party reference. On the other hand, I can't find a record of the injured animals she has helped- no news articles referencing these heroic acts. I'm not saying it didn't happen. I'm just saying Wikipedia can't hold this unverifiable information. Clerks. (talk) 14:11, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:LgJean.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:LgJean.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 04:08, 30 May 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? PhilKnight (talk) 04:08, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Image:Imdbheadshot.JPG

A tag has been placed on Image:Imdbheadshot.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is a redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:LgBoote.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:LgBoote.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:10, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright violations

Please do not upload copyrighted images or text to this site. Wikipedia takes copyight violations very seriously as they are in violation of US and international law. You have been more than sufficiently warned and still you continue. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 16:47, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

  • Look, what part of this don't you understand? The photos themselves are watermarked with copyright information, meaning you cannot post them here. You're about to lose your edit privileges. Kindly stop ignoring what others have asked you and cease the copyright violations. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 16:50, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
