Yury Yevdokimov

Yury Alexeyevich Yevdokimov (Russian: Ю́рий Алексе́евич Евдоки́мов, b. 1946) is the Governor of Murmansk Oblast. He became the governor in 1996. He was reelected with a large overall majority on March 14, 2004.
