Yuriy Molchanov

Yury Vyacheslavovich Molchanov (Russian: Юрий Вячеславович Молчанов) (born July 19, 1952, in Kolomna, Moscow Oblast, Soviet Union) is a Russian businessman and politician.

From 1987 to 1999, he was a Deputy Rector of Saint Petersburg State University.

Since 2004 he has been a Deputy Governor of Saint Petersburg.
