Yukari Sato

Yukari Sato (佐藤 ゆかり, Yukari Sato^? born August 19, 1961) is a Japanese economist and politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Setagaya, Tokyo, she graduated from Sophia University, and she received a mater's degree in international relations from Columbia University and a Ph.D in economics from the New York University. After working as an economist, she was elected for the first time in 2005.
