YTN (KRXQ: 040300, Yonhap Television News, Catch phrase: Yesterday, Today and Now, Your True Network) is a 24-hour news channel in South Korea. This channel can be referred as 'Korea's CNN'.[citation needed] It was founded on September 14, 1993 as a subsidiary of Yonhap News Agency "Yonhap Television News", and began broadcasting on March 1, 1995.

- 03/01/95 Began broadcasting
- 04/08/00 Merged with Seoul Tower, constructing an integrated broadcast transmission tower
- 03/01/04 Moved to YTN tower, next to the South Gate of Seoul (Sungnyemun)
- 01/31/08 Korean government approved YTN FM Radio.
- 04/01/08 YTN FM Radio Began broadcasting in Seoul city. FM 94.5mhz
