You cannot create an article about YOUR opinions - that is not the purpose of Wikipedia - we are trying to create an encyclopedia that consists of verifiable WP:V information from reliable sources WP:RS. On creative works articles opinions by well respected critics from major publications can be included as part of a critical reception section. If you want to have a web source to publish your opinions there are plenty of blogging sites designed specifically for that purpose. No - personal opinions of wiki editors are not permitted in any wiki article. We must always maintain a neutral point of view about everything put in articles and that means no personal opinions about article subjects or content.
