[edit] Talk:South Korea

Do not blank my comments on this (or any other) talk page. This is vandalism, and I will pursue further action if I see it happen again. PC78 (talk) 20:11, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

==Speedy deletion of Yjzone.net==

A tag has been placed on Yjzone.net requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. ... richi (hello) 14:32, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Yjzone.net

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Yjzone.net, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? ... richi (hello) 14:44, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Sockpuppetry case

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Youngjoon Shin for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. JeremyMcCracken (talk) (contribs) 21:19, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Removal of cleanup templates

Please stop removing cleanup templates from articles - these are used to highlight specific concerns or problems, and simply removing them doesn't solve anything. PC78 (talk) 18:10, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Goodbye Wikipedia

My contributions to Wikipedia ends here due to continued unfair treatment from richi and PC78, which I believe, were accusing me of false claims of sockpuppeting. I spent days working on the introduction for the South Korea and Samsung Group article and have contributed to a lot of other Korea related topics. I would like to continue to do so, however, the above two users are preventing me from doing so. Goodbye Wikipedia! Youngjoon Shin (talk) 23:43, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

It was neither myself nor richi who reported you for sockpuppeting, and nobody is "preventing" you from doing anything. It is your own behaviour that has brought you under scrutiny from several users for several different reasons. At no point have you attempted to explain your actions or defend yourself. If you have indeed left Wikipedia, then that is entirely your choice. PC78 (talk) 22:34, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
It's a shame that you could not contribute more constructively to the project. Perhaps it's therefore best that you're leaving. Goodbye ... richi (hello) 23:37, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive comments.
If you continue to make personal attacks on other people as you did at User:Youngjoon Shin, you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. ... richi (hello) 23:40, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

What is this warning sign about? The above user appears to spread "false warnings" just like Tesco which look like more a personal attack. --Appletrees (talk) 02:30, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
The warning was given for the attack comment Younjoon Shin posted on his user page before leaving. It's entirely fair and justified. PC78 (talk) 09:32, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
I don't think so. His statement is not a blatant personal attack. You made him stand on the corner. --Appletrees (talk) 10:10, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
Yes it is. He is blaming specific users for forcing him off Wikipedia when we have done no such thing. Of course it's a blantant personal attack. PC78 (talk) 10:34, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
I disagree. I think he was a generally good editor to Korean related articles (I've frequently seen his contributions on Seoul and South Korea which are on my watchlist) and your accusation of him doing vandalism on Samsung and Imjin Waran is clear COL nothing else. He felt that you and the other are the reason to leave, so wrote that. That is not blatant personal attack but personal resentment.--Appletrees (talk) 10:43, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
"Insulting or disparaging an editor is a personal attack regardless of the manner in which it is done." WP:PA. Youngjoon Shin has brought all of this upon himself by his own actions; I don't appreciate being accused of hounding someone off Wikipedia when it is patently not true. If you have anything to say to me about this matter, I would appreciate it if you posted on my talk page rather than continuing the discussion here. PC78 (talk) 10:54, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
I don't need to talk about this matter with you further, because my point of view on this would not be changed. I clearly have said "I disagree". That's it.--Appletrees (talk) 11:24, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
Please be WP:CIVIL and discuss in good WP:FAITH ... richi (hello) 23:42, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
I am being as much civil as I can and had a good faith in you at first, so I left a note at your talk page for your wrong warning sign. Therefore, do not bring up the unwarranted CIVIL card. --Appletrees (talk) 00:04, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
