[edit] First band shell

I was able to identify the second band shell that Murray visits, but not the one we see Murray visiting in the dark. Not a big deal, but my curiousity is piqued. If you know where it is, please update the page or add a note here so someone else can. Thanks! BigBadaboom0 06:31, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pencils in the Wind video?

In the Pencils in the Wind song, it shows Bret and Jermaine mimicking a scene from Sleepless in Seattle (Bret on one side, wearing beige and standing on a houseboat and Jermaine looking out from an apartment). Am I correct in this, and if so, should it be added in? Thanks, y'all! Mammamiamania 20:44, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

It's an interesting idea, although Bret appears to just be on a river side path rather than a houseboat. I'll have to find a copy of SiS and check out the scene for myself. -- BigBadaboom0 05:28, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
I've done some further research, if you get a chance, check http://youtube.com/watch?v=I_tDNKYOwSI for the video of Sellotape/Pencils in the Wind, and http://content6.flixster.com/skin/profile/62/07/68/6207680_profile_mbox_background.jpg for the SiS poster. (I adore both!!) Thanks again!! :) Mammamiamania 00:46, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
It is possible that that scene was inspired by SiS, but is the reference explicit and obvious enough to state here? Unfortunately I don't think it is. Many moves have used a split screen with two people staring off into the distance. A more obvious reference would be if they had used the Empire State Building in some way, or an actual houseboat, or the animation of planes criss-crossing the US :) -- BigBadaboom0 07:07, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Conchords 104 Yoko.png

Image:Conchords 104 Yoko.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
