Ylber Hysa

Ylber Hysa is a member of the Assembly of Kosovo (Kosovo is a province of Serbia under UN administration).[1] He is a member of the Reformist Party ORA, and for many years was the director of Kosovo Action for Civic Iniatives (KACI), a Kosovo Albanian Non-governmental organization.
