[edit] Summary

Vase: Measuring 10-1/2" high and 5-1/2" in diameter. This vessel tapers into a long neck 1/4 of the way up. It was used to hold liquid of some kind. The glaze is greenish-gray celadon. Iron glaze is used to illustrate a three-leaf branch on each side, very simple as is true of provincial ware. 16th/17th century.

From the private collection of Paul V. and Elizabeth J. Colaianni.
