Low Dish: Measuring 1-1/4" high and 5-1/8" in diameter. Low dish for functional purposes with a unique pattern created on the inside via a rope detail. The glaze is applied to give the contrast and the texture of a rope plus a central medallion. Early Yi period. 13th/14th century.
