The Yellow-whiskered Bush-tanager or Short-billed Bush-tanager (Chlorospingus parvirostris) is a species of bird in the Thraupidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
