Yatir winery

The Yatir Winery is an Israeli wine company that released its first vintage in 2001. The Winery is currently owned by Carmel Winery but is autonomously run by Australian wine maker, Eran Goldwasser. The winery currently produces 2 levels of wine. Yatir as well as Yatir Forest, the latter being more prized. The winery produces a total of 120,000 bottles annually but plans to expand to 150,000 bottles within the next 3 years.[1]
