Changeable display on JR East Yamanote Line in Tokyo, Japan. Display changes to indicate location (in Japanese and the Latin alphabet), to show route, and to show information such as prohibition of cell-phone use. I took this photo and contribute my rights in the file to the public domain; individuals and organizations retain rights to images in it.
