• I doubt it, look up Jew, and you'll see that the Hebrew word is also "Yehudi" (singular). Yahud is simply the Arabic word for Jews. It's not inherently a slur, though I have heard it used like one, there is no lexical alternative except the rather archaic Bani Israel. Otherwise, it makes perfectly innocent appearances in neutral media and Arabic literature.Angrynight (talk) 06:19, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
