A bit more down to earth explanation for people who know nothing about computers would be good. What *is* it? An OS? A program? etc IceHunter 17:53, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

It's program which enables certain other kinds ("XUL-based") of programs to run. Kind of like JRE or .NET framework in that respect. --asqueella 22:19, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Firefox 3?

Guys, is Firefox 3 going to be using XULRunner or not? I heard someone on OSNews say that plans to use it were going to be held over until Firefox 4 but I have not heard anyone else comment on this.
