[edit] Re:Melodic Horror
I'm not an admin so I can't block him. I did however filed a sockpuppet report against him , and he keeps threatening other editors to "mind their backs and their own business". Look here for the report. However everytime I talk to him, he leaves a spam of angry messages on my talk page so I have given up. Angel Of Sadness T/C 16:16, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
- It's fine. I can give him warnings of his personal attacks but I don't think it will do much. The personal attacks he left on his sockpuppet report to other editors really helps his case doesn't it? Angel Of Sadness T/C 16:22, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

- I just gave him a level3 warning of his personal attacks. If he makes two more, he's blocked. Angel Of Sadness T/C 16:27, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Melodic Horror II

- I had the report on my watchlist, went out for an hour, came back and found he had been blocked. It's wonderful news now I'll be able to enjoy my holiday when it starts of course :D. Although the title you left on my talk page scared me for a second because I thought you were saying he created another account under that name. Thank god it isn't. I now get to take the articles he edited of my watchlist. But if you get any angry comments like he sent you and/or see edits like his again, leave a message on my talk page. Hopefully he'll stay away, but seeing as he was found to be a more disruptive sock of AFI-PUNK, I wouldn't be surprised if he showed his face around these quarters again. Maybe he'll be dumb enough to leave a completely random angry message our talk pages. At least we don't have to deal with him now. It's time for celebration and a dance :D Angel Of Sadness T/C 18:05, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Signature
There's an explanation of how to change your signature at WP:SIG#Customizing your signature. Basically you need to go into "my preferences" at the top right of your screen. Click the box that says "Raw signature" so it has a tick in it, then in the box above that type what you want your signature to be... WjBscribe 09:45, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Note
Comments such as these are extremely uncalled for. I also see that you purposefully editwarred with him at Raygun, and are really treating Wikipedia as a social site and not an encyclopedia. Focus on writing articles, do not call other's contributions "stupid," and do not place so much emphasis on your signature and whether or not you want people to think it is cool. Further improper use of this website will get your account blocked.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 07:16, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- This will not be removed, since it is a warning. I will remove the comment.--Xterra1 (talk) 14:23, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Don't threaten me, child.
I'm the one who set up the majority of the colors in the first place. I spent over two hours carefully balancing them out to make sure they're easy on the eyes, while strong enough to be easily noticeable. You see the coloring you have for the entire second stage? I did all of that. I recolored everything in that. When it was first done it was a mess. Soon I'm going to do the third stage, even though it's pretty confusing to do.
This is not something you want to jump out and scream at you, it's a (*)&ing chart with data. It doesn't need to be exciting. With the colors you've done, it's not even "exciting," its "obnoxious." There is in fact a difference. Next time you change them I'm going to report it as vandalism. Oh, and look at the talk page. I'm not the only one who thought you made it worse. SelfTitledAlbum 20:42, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Will you piss off? I can go do that again. The reason I didn't go on and keep reverting is the 3RR,which you violated. Expect a warning form Ryulong.--Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 19:47, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
I'll make the colors on Sasuke (TV series) a little stronger. Mainly there's FF, CC, and AA, I'll change it to FF, BF, and 7F. I did a few rows before i changed anything, it's still not bad to look at. I didn't mean to get off on the wrong foot with everything, I didn't know you'd take what I said with the stabbing in the eyes so hard. If I did I wouldn't have said that, I didn't mean to offend you. SelfTitledAlbum 17:26, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
OK. Try doing the Kunoichi article, too. It's all bland monobook white. COLORS MAKE THE ARTICLE!--Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 20:33, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
I'm really not too familiar with Kunoichi myself, I don't really have much of an interest in it, maybe I will after seeing the 7th competition. Why don't you go and make the colors? SelfTitledAlbum 05:50, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
I can color it,but true vibrance is what I want-Wikipedia has need for soft colors. STA,go [www.thepcmanwebsite.com] and go to their freeware section. Scour it 'til you find "Color Converter". A compact, but helpful app. Kunoichi has balance-based and speed-based obstacles, while Sasuke has stregth-based and speed-based obsacles.Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?)
[edit] Easy there, getting a little strong.
I sure as hell don't approve of what that idiot did, and while I don't think the coloring scheme that was already used was perfect, far from it, easy on the brightness. SelfTitledAlbum 22:48, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
Oops, sorry,STA. I was trying to find a softer orange for the Super Vault. Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 11:47, 12 September 2007 (UTC) BTW-did you chack out the sig idea I gave you?
S'alright, for orange I use FFAF6F, which comes out to 255/175/111. For the yellow I use FFFF7F, which is 255/255/127. Generally you want them to be pretty light like that. Remember, white is FFFFFF, or 255/255/255. SelfTitledAlbum 21:46, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
I use lowercase-does that affect the color?--Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 23:40, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
Oh-I recolored the second stage. Like it? I used a soft brown for the Hammer Dodge.Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?)
I didn't screw it up, but there are two major types of first stage obstacles, ones using feet and ones using hands, I decided to split the reds. SelfTitledAlbum 01:44, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
Oh, I should probably explain why I used the colors I did. Opening obstacles are red, no explanation necessary there really. I also think that the one big, heavy leap was really similar for the Super Vault, Reverse Fly, Tarzan Rope (I don't even think of this as a real obstacle, it seems more like part of the Final Climb), Metal Spin, and close enough for the Devil's Swing that it was usable. Thus, those are all dark green. For the yellow, I decided on using either a fixed balancing structure, or one as sort of an alternate to using orange, since I'd rather not use the same color twice in the same competition. I also figured that the obstacles I colored orange were a little more specific, being completely free-balancing, more specifically the Chain Swing. (Why the hell was that a third stage obstacle anyway? Eh, whatever.) Thinking about it now, it was actually pretty similar to the Tarzan Jump in the 10th Comp. 'Cept it uses a different method of wearing you down. Or not really anyway.
- Red - Starting (Foot)
- Dark red - Starting (Hand)
- Orange - Balancing Walk
- Yellow - X Bridge, Fixed Structures (Pillar Path, Spider Flip)
- Green - Spider, Jump Hang because of the Jumping Spider I guess
- Dark green - One big, strong bodyweight push
- Cyan - Climb
- Blue - I'm not really sure on this one, I don't know why the Jumping Bars and Rolling Log were related. I guess the dropping and hard to hang on thing.
- Dark Blue - Slide and use momentum to jump across
- Purple - Hang on and mess with the thing you're holding to get across
- Grey - Big pain in the rear? A lot of strength to get across? Not sure, really, the Warped Wall, Cliff Hanger, and Wall Lift seem to go together to me for some reason.
- Dark grey - Kind of a leftover I guess. I figured the Conveyor Belt was better off as this though, since it doesn't really seem to fit in anywhere else.
There's probably a better way to do all this, I don't really know what it would be though. SelfTitledAlbum 01:59, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
Let's just keep it the way it was. OK? Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 20:36, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hey, Xterra1......
Thank you very much for your kind words they mean a lot :D. Don't forget that age is just a number but I could have sworn you were a lot older. You just must be very mature for age(That's a really good thing:D). AFI-PUNK returns every now and then but he's not as bad as he used to be (remember the endless attacks, threats, caravassing and the edit war inflictions). But now a good few admins know about him and block whoever is making the same edits as himself. I think he's starting to learn what we've been trying to tell him for the last few months. You've made my wikilife better by sharing your thoughts with me. Thanks :D AngelOfSadness talk 18:33, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
Ohhh.....thank you! AOS,I meant those words from the bottom of my male heart. That's not a love letter, but it's wikilove.--Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 18:36, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

Well, if you found a page that says you didn't find it...then you stumbled upon my red herring. Keep looking! NASCAR Fan24(radio me!) 12:46, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
- No you're wrong. There's a page where you sign your name and I put an award on your page. See User talk:Yngvarr, User talk:Vox Humana 8' and User talk:AngelOfSadness. They all found it and signed, and they got a nifty little award for it. NASCAR Fan24(radio me!) 00:14, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
Sod off with it. It's a load of crap,it's probably a little page that says "you found my little secret page". If for me to believe it's real, then give me the direct link.--Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 00:18, 9 October 2007 (UTC) I'm not lying.
Forget it. I know where it is. It's on my page, and if you remove it,I will mark it as vandalism.--Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 00:31, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
- Fine then. I won't remove it. NASCAR Fan24(radio me!) 00:33, 9 October 2007 (UTC)

I'll go ahead and recreate the old red herring. Good idea! NASCAR Fan24(radio me!) 22:58, 10 October 2007 (UTC) Don't bother:I already did.--Xterra1(talk)(Work)(?) 22:59, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Signed your guestbook...
...Enough said. I think the yellow in your sig is a bit too bright - you may want to read my recommendation there. NASCAR Fan24(radio me!) 23:15, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
It's really gold. I've always had that in it. And also,I'd reccomend that you extend the hexcodes in your sig to six characters. I can't see the reds and blues except in Firefox (and I use Maxthon).--Xt1TW?S 00:44, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
- Should be done now, though the colours may be a bit darker. NASCAR Fan24(radio me!) 23:13, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hi
Howdi, do you mean I don't need to create an article about Kay.K.BayZ or about the deletion review thingy? Thanks KayKBayZ 03:38, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] I'm not flipping out or anything, but I am a bit peeved.
Alright, I let you keep the color the way you wanted it because at the very least you weren't making them overly bright anymore. I don't want to make an enemy of you or anything, I happen to think you're doing a good job of fending off vandals, and honestly I do admire the work you've put into the page, but I had a pretty good reason for everything I did in that edit.
To start, I added the [11], [12], and [13] in, which you originally thought was a good idea. Next I noticed that the Butterfly Wall coloring was very similar to the yellow of the bridges, so I wanted to make sure that wasn't an issue. The same went for the Rope Reverse (the one thing you decided not to get rid of) being close to the Spinning Log.
Remember, the point of having the colors in the first place was to show clear relations between different obstacles, such as the Warped Wall and the Great Wall, and the Rolling Log and Log Grip. Because of this I decided to change the Great Wall back to the same color as the Warped Wall, and the Jump Hang [13] back to the color of the other Jump Hang. I was also thinking of switching the colors of the Jumping Spider and the Jump Hang (the difference with the [13] is quite a bit more notable than just an asterisk, so the color difference wouldn't be necessary), which would've left waaay too much blue in the chart, so I didn't do that one. I do still think the Jump hang and Jumping Spider should be the same color, considering that the Jump Hang and Spider Walk are the same color. Whatever, doesn't matter. Anyway.
Since that was the original goal of the colors, I figured it would've been a good idea to have the Rope Reverse, Circle Slider, and Pole Maze at least similar colors, so I switched the colors of the Final Climb and Pole Maze, which also made the FC a little closer in color to the Mountain Climb, which is it clearly pretty similar to. I barely consider the Tarzan Rope and Final Climb to be two separate obstacles, but that's just me, probably.
Um... I think that was everything I did. So, what really did it for me was that when you made your edit to the Hill Climb, you even had a spelling error. I mean I've had them too before, but it kinda shows that you really didn't care much. And you abbreviated a lot on that, and this is supposed to be a professional entry on a TV show, not a fan page. Plus, I don't think BB[11] should have II in it, since that doesn't go with the official name of the obstacle. The same goes with the Rope Climb in the Final Stage. So, yeah. I hope we can come to some sort of compromise on this, at least. *huge breath*
SelfTitledAlbum 07:03, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
P.S. I'm going to alphabetize the obstacle lists and update the colors. If you have any objections, you know where my talk page is. SelfTitledAlbum
Dude, calm down. I'm trying to actully clarify all this crap. It's darn hard. --Xterra1 19:24, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your gripe with Betacommandbot
Please note the words in the template: "To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information."
The key thing here is "...for each use..." i.e. you must add the name of the article it's used in within the fair use rationale. The bot is not malfunctioning, it's doing a great job. Hope you understand. If not, get in touch with me. The Rambling Man 20:08, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
