No, Jèrriais lacks eth in its alphabet; this happens to be an idiosyncrasy of mine. However, Jèrriais uses both a hard (/t/) "th", as well as a soft (/ð/). I happen to like eth (it is both quicker to write and a nod to Norman's Norse roots), and so I use it to differentiate between the two. In standard Jèrriais, it would be written "Jé préféthe".
