TerrorStorm is a 2006 film by Alex Jones. Jones is notable for his series of films warning of government coverups, false flag operations, and a shadowy group of globalists called the New World Order which seeks to enslave humanity and reduce the planet's population by 80 percent.

Jones has stated that he has spent almost 90 000 dollars on making the film ^[1], and that he is distributing the film on Google Video for free ^[2].

TerrorStorm was first shown at the 9/11 + The Neo-Con Agenda Symposium, and has been released on DVD. A final cut version has now been released with roughly 3 hours of footage including extras.

Jones, as well as many proponents of the historicity of these alleged conspiracies, believes that a 1962 Department of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff proposal called Operation Northwoods - which was not enacted - inspired many later events. Jones believes that this proposal led to President John F. Kennedy "waking up" and taking steps to stop what Jones views as a conspiracy of globalists; Kennedy allegedly did this by trying to abolish the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Reserve and recalling American troops from Vietnam. Jones asserts that this is the reason he was assassinated. Northwoods was declassified and released under the Freedom of Information Act in 1994.

Template:Alex Jones A large portion of the film focuses on David Shayler, a former MI5 agent who went public with reports of wrongdoing within Britain's intelligence community. Charlie Sheen and Michael Meacher also feature prominently in the film.

Shortly after the 7/7 London bombing, Alex Jones traveled to the city and protested outside Parliament, which led to his questioning by police and, according to him, his name being placed in a database of troublemakers.

• On August 26, 2006, Muse lead singer Matthew Bellamy had a shirt with the text Terror Storm on it, and explained:

"Go to Google Video, type in Terror Storm and you'll find a nice little surprise. It will shed some light on world affairs, put it that way. I rather point you in the direction, rather than preach about it myself." ^[3]

• Dylan Avery is reported stating: "TerrorStorm sets a new standard in documentary filmmaking. Alex Jones knocks it out of the park yet again."^[4]

• The sound designer of TerrorStorm was Graham Reynolds, who also served in that capacity during the production of Richard Linklater's film, A Scanner Darkly. Both this film and and A Scanner Darkly was shown at the 9/11 + The Neo-Con Agenda Symposium. Alex Jones has a cameo appearance in both A Scanner Darkly, and in a previous Richard Linklater film, Waking Life.

[edit] Factual Innacuracies

Alex Jones stated that on 7/7 Tony blair was fighting a losing battle in the upcoming election and was down in the polls. In actual fact Blair had just won a general election 2 months prior to 7/7.

He also states that DeMenezez was shot more than ten times in the head but in actual fact according to the BBC he was shot 7 times in the head and once in the shoulder
