This is a screenshot of the opening titles of Xinwen Lianbo, produced by China Central Television (CCTV). The image is copied from the website of Xinhua on this page; since Xinhua makes the programme available for download, it is presumed they are acting as CCTV's agent. It is used for critical discussion of the programme, including the opening titles.
