Xanthe Bearman is a British Television and Radio Presenter. [1]. Born in Newport, Xanthe now lives in Essex with her husband & three children.

Xanthe started her career in modelling & moved into Musical Theatre, first in the chorus and then taking the title roles in shows including Hello Dolly and Charlie Girl.

After a break to have her children, Xanthe enjoyed small roles in TV commercials & title sequences, before progressing into Presenting.

Xanthe worked on The Red Line for Red_TV& UFO Mysteries and is also the web presenter for FFVP[2]

Steve Mead & Paul Golder at Phoenix FM gave Xanthe her first break into radio where she presented a daytime entertainment show "The Bear at Lunchtime".[3]

Xanthe joined BBC Essex in January 2008.
