The X-Band Modem was a modem designed for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System by Catapult Entertainment. Released in 1995 for $19.95 MSRP, It Allowed Super Nintndo players to compete online with compatible games or access email, or "X-Mail", as Catapult called it. The price for service was $4.95 for 50 connections a month, or $9.95 for unlimited connections.
