Found at the station's website (direct link to image — note that it is used as a generic image for some news stories and may not be guaranteed to appear on the site itself), this is the current logo for WVLT-TV. This image is copyright WVLT and Gray Television, and hence is not free. However, it is used under fair use as described below:
