WVJC is a 50,000 watt noncommercial, non-profit broadcasting facility serving a population of 155,000 in southeastern Illinois and southwestern Indiana. The station broadcasts 24 hours a day from studios located on the campus of Wabash Valley College in Mount Carmel, Illinois at 89.1 fm. WVC is a part of the Illinois Eastern Community Colleges District #529.

The station serves the Evansville, Indiana radio market, broadcasting Alternative rock music. Students in the Radio/TV Broadcasting program at Wabash Valley College staff the station.
