[edit] Notables

Who is a notable? IMHO, a notable is someone who is continuing their work that they did with the station in some manner somewhere else, or who did a lot for the station over a significant amount of time. For example;

  • Lou Pickney is working with Bubba the Love Sponge. I'd include him because he's still in the industry.
  • Len Clark is still working the play by play circuit. I'd definitely include him because if he could get the NSSA Broadcaster of the Year for Indiana and can hold his own in groups with people like Marv Albert, yeah, enough said. And he was GM for something like ten years.
  • I would definitely not include someone like myself because I don't work in the IT field or the radio field. Now, if I broke back into IT in some really good position with a good firm or got back on the radio, then I'd be inclined to do so. But that would be a bit of vanity.

Regardless of notable or not, every WUEV alum that I find, I'm maintaining a separate list, especially if they were active within the last five or six years....KC9CQJ 02:34, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

And per Lou's request, I've switched Lou and Len's placement in the notable list. KC9CQJ 04:11, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
