WTOP 10 is a student run television station located in Oswego, New York. Originating on the SUNY Oswego campus and seen on cable channel 10 on the on-campus cable system, WTOP 10 is the only local television station originating out of Oswego County. Aside from its on-campus viewership, select programs are also seen on Public Access 96 on Time Warner Cable.

WTOP broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during school holidays.
