This photo shows the Headquarters area at White Sands Missile Range, NM and was taken by freelance civilian photographer Sterling Brooks (www.HighAboveTexas.com) in 1981 from a MAST (Military Assistance Safety & Traffic) MedEvac helicopter based at Biggs Army Airfield near Fort Bliss, TX.
