This Georgia ultra-luxury community is located on 3,000 acres 80 miles south of Savannah. Located in the heart of Georgia's picturesque countryside, it is designed motorsport enthusiast in mind.

There will only be 120 sites available, ranging in size from 3 acres to 30 and starting at $675,000. The entire community is surrounded by a 10-foot tall fence secured by gated access. There will be security as well as a professional concierge staff on hand 365 days a year, 24-hours a day.

At the centerpiece of this community will be a 500 acre, 4.5 mile road course complex designed by renowned track engineer Bob Barnard. It will follow the natural terrain and incorporate 10-12 undulations over multiple, bi-directional layouts. Designed for both enthusiasts and profesionals, the track rewards the most skillful driver, not the fastest.
