[edit] Summary

Scaled-down photo taken from several sources: a scan of a black-and-white photo from the 1950 book The World Series and Highlights of Baseball, by Lamont Buchanan, p.210; a scan of a colorized picture postcard that was made from that photograph; and a scan of the 2001 postage stamp derived from the postcard.
