This is the logo of WQZS-FM in Meyersdale, PA. Since it is a radio station logo, on the fair-use version is available and no free-use versions can be used. The logo is from "The Sunday Morning Camp Meeting Hour" website, a show that airs on and broadcasts from WQZS.
