"Wouldn't Change a Thing" was the second single released from Australian singer Kylie Minogue's second album Enjoy Yourself. The single was released on July 24, 1989 and was written by Stock Aitken Waterman.

In the UK, the B side was "It's No Secret" which was released as an A side in North America, Canada and Japan. It was intended to be the fifth release from the debut album Kylie but was cancelled in favour of "Hand on Your Heart" and therefore was released as the B side to "Wouldn't Change a Thing".

This single was heavily promoted on UK TV while Kylie was recording her 2nd album Enjoy Yourself shortly after completing work on her first feature film The Delinquents. The video shows Kylie playfully enjoying herself in a garden in London, cut with studio shots of her performing the routine both casual and formal. Cut off jeans and evening wear, her dancers in, alternatly, top-hat-and-tails and street wear.

In the UK this was Minogue's third single in a row to debut at #2 on the singles chart. Unlike its predecessor, it failed to climb to the pole position in later weeks. In Australia it hit #6. In Finland it hit #8.
