Worlingham is a village and civil parish in the Waveney district of Suffolk, England about 3 km east of Beccles. Nowadays it adjoins, and is a suburb of, Beccles. According to the census of 2001, the parish had a population of 3298 but is ever-growing.
Worlingham has a limited range of shops including a local grocery (Spar) and sub-post office, a hairdresser, a quality fish and chip shop and a small newsagents. There are three parks, one behind the primary school, one on the Werel's Loke estate and one down Worlingham Park Drive. There is also a pharmacy operating out of a former pub.
The local church which is roughly 900 years old, is dedicated to All Saints (not the popular UK pop group from the 1990s). There are also two schools in Worlingham: a primary with just over 100 pupils and a middle school with over 400 students.
Currently, a community steering group is attempting to bring life back into the village by giving the local children and teenagers places to go and do activities as currently, there are no facilities for the over 10's.
