Redwall is a series of books written by the author Brian Jacques. The Redwall series are about animals that live in an abbey, who encourage peace and harmony, but when their lives are threatened, they bring forth their warrior instincts and defend each other. There are many happy and sad parts to the eighteen-book-long series, and they are wonderful exciting stories. The books are mainly aimed at children and young teenagers, but people of all ages would truly love this fabulous series.

This is not a very neutral point of view. I'm going to reword it lightly to decrease the glowing implications of the text but to keep the information. I'm very new at this, so feel quite free to correct me should I be out of line.

Upon starting I saw some awkward sentence construction and word choice, as well as some mixed up and inappropriate tense usage. I corrected as much of the article as I was comfortable with fact-wise, as some tenses can of course be affected by the chronological order of events. Again, I'm very new at this, so feel more than free to give me advice.

I think its good that you went through and made all those minor changes. When I originally wrote these pages I was very new to Wikipedia, and I did them in a rush. Thanks for fixing it up a bit. Just don't go and change the information completely, so the info is completely different, because its quite annoying when you've typed heaps and someone just comes and writes it in their own words. Anyway, I'm glad that you've fixed it up because I new there was a bit of bad sentence structure and I've been meaning to fix it up for awhile now. Thanks.

i decided to add that redwall has sometimes housed vermin as regular inhabitants and not prisoners during battles. the only ones that i know of, however, are Veil Sixclaw from The Outcast of Redwall and that one rat from Mattimeo, i forget his name. are there any others?
