Talk:World in Action
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The article previously stated:
The first 7 Up programme was shown as part of World in Action in 1963...
I've corrected both the title and the year for consistency with the IMDB entry, which states that it's Seven Up! and it was released in 1964. (Both of these facts are corroborated in a recent The Onion AV review of the DVD set, except that the exclamation point is stripped from the title. [1], though link will expire in a few days.) If someone could find a source that states that it was aired in 1963, then that would be much appreciated. --LostLeviathan 08:56, 20 Dec 2004 (UTC)
[edit] The Economic League
Am I right in thinking that it was World in Action that did an exposé of the Economic League and its' methods of blacklisting people? I remember a bizarre sequence where the journalists tried to confront a member of the organisation, which led to a chase on foot. Not too long afterwards, the organisation either wound up or changed its' name. Autarch 18:33, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
