Talk:World War III (TV miniseries)

- Added information as to the nature of the ending, which was revealed by Rock Hudson not long after the series aired and it was obviously a ratings failure insofar as a sequel was concerned. Both Rona Barrett and several localized TV Guide newspaper inserts reported this at the time.
- Note that David Soul has also stated that during filming he was under the impression that the film ends on a more positive note, with his character shaking hands with the Soviet commander, and that apparently the scene where he and his adversary are killed by a suicide grenade was added in after filming so as to force a more apocalyptic ending. Citation for this needs to be dug up before it should be added to the entry, but is noted here for those who've got access to the resources. Yep, I remember reading it, but this was 25 years ago, children...
- Corrected the spellin' uv "Premier". Sum kidz kant spel wurth a frak...
- Added info and link for NBC as the network that aired this series.
