The colors on the map appear not to correspond to the numbers or the map in the cited article. For example, the cited article assigns the same number (247) to the USA and New Zealand, but these countries have different colors on the map here. Kirtag Hratiba (talk) 04:57, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

I think you should take the number of countries that there are (178) and divide it by how many colours you're going to use (5), so that you can have 5 equal groups of 35.6 or 3 groups of 36 and 2 groups of 35. Please make time for this. Bsrboy 00:35, 10 March 2008 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bsrboy (talkcontribs)

I notised that venezuela was a different shade to the other countries and the galapocus islands (part of ecuadro) are grey.South africa and especialy zimbabwe should be unhappy (red) because inflation at 100,000% and half the population is malnurished and the people should be even more unhappy because it was once prosperous. i also believe that libya - as africa's richest country should be in purple as theres been an economic miracle there! there are also many russian islands which havnt been included by russia and norway has a few which havnt been added. also many indian islands and socotra havnt been added to india and yemen respectivly.
