The proportions are uncertain and maybe somewhat less than the 1:2 shown here. The design may also be dark blue instead of black. Date of introduction unknown, but not earlier than 1985, nor later than 2001. See the Image:World Police and Fire Games.png for the version flown during the 2005 games.
