I like this page. It is informative but keeps me interested. I would love it for this topic to get more attention; women's history is a very fascinating thing.

[edit] Bolshevik allegations of witchcraft?

Hi. The page says, "The triumphant Bolsheviks claimed that the women in the battalion were witches". There may be some confusion here; the "witch hunt" described in the first external link [1] would seem to be metaphorical. I can't find any reference to literal accusations of witchcraft on the web or in print; can somebody source this? Otherwise, it should be removed. -- Victor Lighthill 04:30, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
