[edit] Which British car as source?

This article claims that the 24/80 was "based on" the British 15/60 model, but that model ceased production in 1961, one year before the 24/80 came into being. The 15/60 was replaced by the 16/60. It seems at least possible (and probably likely) that the 24/80 would have been derived from the up-to-date British model. Does anybody know for sure? The distinctions between the 15/60 and 16/60 weren't enormous anyway, but it would be nice to get this right. – Kieran T (talk) 18:05, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

I have added a citation which addresses this. GTHO (talk) 10:03, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
