[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Gerhard_naeseth.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Gerhard_naeseth.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. The Sunshine Man 17:50, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

- Unfortunately, thats not quite right, why dont you have a look at Template:Non-free media rationale and see its fields of what to add there, that should help you organise what needs to be added. Happy editing! The Sunshine Man 15:07, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use disputed for Image:Gerhard naeseth.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Gerhard naeseth.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 18:32, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of Kevin Muller
A tag has been placed on Kevin Muller, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD A7.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. B1atv 16:09, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] October 2007
Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself, as you did with Kevin Muller. If you do not believe the article should be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page (please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag) and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Please do not re-create speedy deletion templates. Administrators can delete an article even IF an article creator places {{hangon}} on the article if the article meets the criteria for speedy deletion. Recreating deleted articles and removing speedy deletion templates is considered to be vandalism. B1atv 17:40, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from an article, as you did with Kevin Muller, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. B1atv 17:41, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
