Woggle is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. [edit] Article addition suggestion
For those of us who have been in Scouting, we know what a woggle is and how it is used.
For those who have not been, it is good this page has a couple of photos of woggles.
I suggest it would be improved if someone adds a full-chest photo which shows a woggle on a scarf. (I don't have the resources to do so.)
