WMXQ,is a radio station in the Jacksonville, Florida radio market broadcasting at the 102.9 frequency. The current format is the 'Best of the 80's and more' concentrating on 80's Pop/Rock leaning songs with some content from the late 70's and early 90's. The station is owned by Cox Radio, Inc. which also owns sister stations WAPE, WJGL, WOKV FM/AM, & WFYV. The current on air line up is Tanner 6a-10a/Jenn Allen 10a-3p/Andy Meyer 3p-7p. Past personalities include Mark Bell,Dave Scott,Heather Shea,John Harrell & Chase Daniels (currently Afternoon Drive at WAPE).
