This article has serious issues with non-neutral Point of View (POV), characterizing the motives and success (or lack of same) of management... and using heavily loaded phrases like "shock and awe"... Maintaining Neutral POV seems pretty hard for people who work in the communications business.StreamingRadioGuide 06:32, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
