[edit] October 2007

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions, including your edits to Ted Nugent. However, please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not be libelous. Any controversial statements about a living person added to an article must include proper sources. Thank you. Per WP:BLP, please refrain from posting private information about a living person. Thank you. -- Levine2112 discuss 01:00, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I did post Personal Information. Though at the time I did not know that it was against Wiki Policy to do so. After I was banned I went and looked at the Wiki policy page(s). It took me 30 minutes of looking through the policy to find the one or two lines that mention it. Even though you hear it everyday, I am sorry, and would actually like to contribute to Wikipedia without breaking the Policy. At the very least can the ban please be set to expire at some point? I feel that for a first time ban, permanent is a bit harsh."

Decline reason: "If you believe that it is only one or two lines, you clearly have not read the correct policy. The privacy policy is linked to at the bottom of every single page and is available here. Our policy on biographies of living people is available here. And even given that you may not have bothered to read our policies and guidelines which you were informed about, it is very very hard to believe your contribution was made in good faith. — Yamla (talk) 15:34, 7 December 2007 (UTC)"
