Okay, I'm stealing this idea from Glenn Beck, syndicated radio personality and TV host of CNN Headline Newss' "Glenn Beck". The idea is simple: it's the Quality of Life Index that Glenn runs on his website with things that go up and down depending on what's going on in the world, such as Hillary Clinton getting the democratic nomination in '08... Her "stock" is 45.25... If she wins a few delagates her "stock" on the QoLI is like this: CLINTONPRESNOM'08: 47.50 (+2.25) Her stock went up so much just because it did. That's the same principle of the Willie QoL Index....

100 and up = Totally F'n A
80-99 = As good as it gets in school time
79-50 = Mediocre
49-25 = Pretty Lousy
24-10 = Really bad... really.
10 or lower = You better console me, because I'd be suicidal at that point.
