[edit] Act in Good Faith

Wikipedia:Act in good faith is a new article that is meant to be a companion to WP:AGF. That is, here would go a list of things *you* the individual should do that *show* your good faith in your own edits. Versus AGF being what you should assume the other person is doing in *their* edits. Obviously I need help developing this proposal, it's just the first blurb. In reading over AGF it looks like a lot of content there, can be forked over here. Any takers?Wjhonson 08:02, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

This sounds like a good idea to me. I've added the page to my watchlist & will comment on any changes I feel may be necessary. JulesH 18:07, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
You can count me on this too. Tcaudilllg (talk) 06:22, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Duh

It should be, and is, patently obvious that you are expected to act in good faith. Why is it necessary to codify that? -Amarkov moo! 03:14, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

  • Seems to me that if you're not acting in good faith, you're pretty much a vandal already. >Radiant< 13:04, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
  • Isn't this already covered by WP:CIVIL anyway? CaveatLectorTalk 17:36, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
