Winterspell is an American metal band fronted by former Dream Theater vocalist Chris Collins. Chris is the singer, guitarist, and main songwriter in the band. Their sound can be classified as a blackened death metal band, although with clean vocals in addition to the death growls - reminiscent of bands such as Nevermore, Mercyful Fate, and Celtic Frost.
Winterspell is currently working on their debut album, being produced by Mickey James (Criss Angel) at Freedom of Speech Studios.
