Winsen (Aller) is a village and a municipality in the district of Celle, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the river Aller, approx. 15 km northwest of Celle.

Theodor Lohmann (1831–1905), administrative lawyer, civil servant and social reformer, was born in Winsen.
