Does anyone have information about the special school he started?

Er...his name ISN'T Winthrop Rockefeller Jr,but Winthrop Paul Rockefeller, where his father did not have that middle name.--L.E./12.144.5.2 02:42, 25 Feb 2005 (UTC)

This junior-phobia is rather annoying. We've seen it with George W. Bush, Ronald P. Reagan, and others. I think it's because the father fears that "Junior" is a juvenile term, and that the son will be forever seen as less than adult. It's a foolish notion. Who thinks so about Martin Luther King, Jr., for example? When considering naming a son for a father, just go ahead and do it full-fledged. Why condemn the son to a tiresome lifetime of correcting others thousands of times ("no, it's NOT 'Junior' - see I've got this middle name")? LeoO3 14:13, 20 Apr 2005 (UTC)
