Removed "The police department is among the most oppressive in the world. They will threaten to arrest you for wearing a black Police t-shirt on the grounds of impersonating a police officer. They also tow your car if you are stopped for any reason at all."

Clearly not NPOV, and this is, I bet, "original research." It might be true, for all that, but does not belong here.Bog 17:43, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
